The Clients:

Victoria and Evan had made the big decision to relocate from a Bondi apartment to Avalon. They wanted their son to grow up with ‘green’ around him, not concrete! They spent some time in the area and decided on a house on Elouera Rd that was due to go to Auction in 2 weeks.

 

The Problem:

Victoria and Evan knew that they were competing against 3 other purchasers who also wanted to secure this property. The Outcome:

John arranged for a building and pest inspection and had the contract reviewed quickly – time was of the essence with this one! He also compiled an analysis of recent sales that suggested a reasonable purchase price. John pointed out to the clients that the property they had selected could be used to generate income through an Air BnB listing for the downstairs section. All of this information gave them the confidence to put an offer of $2.753 million on a contract prior to auction. This offer was accepted and now they are ‘living amongst the green’ and loving it!
